The company is equipped with latest tape line extrusions with an output of 350 Kg/Hr. We are capable to manufacture yarn from 500 Denier to 1200 Denier with different colours and shades as per customer’s requirement.CIRCULAR LOOMS
The company is equipped with latest circular weaving looms i.e. JAIKO – 15 Nos, JAIKO – 3 Nos,with an output of 2000 Metres/day per machine. We are capable to manufacture tubular fabric, center slit, side slits and gusseted fabrics range from 12 Inches to 55 Inches.
EXTRUSION COATING
The company is equipped with latest Lamination/ Extrusion Coating Line with an output of 3300 m/Hr. We are capable to manufacture sandwich lamination of Woven Fabric – Non Woven Fabric, Woven Fabric – BOPP Film, Woven Fabric – Paper, Single and Double Side Lamination.
AUTOMATIC BAG CONVERTION LINE
Equipped with latest high speed bag conversion line with a production capacity of 35 bags/minute. We are capable to manufacture bags having width from 12 Inches to 33 Inches, with a cut length from 14 Inch to 52 Inch. We can manufacture bags with cold as well as heat cutting, with single and double fold at the bottom with double stitch included with twist gusseting.
FLEXO PRINTING
The company is equipped with latest high speed flexographic four colour online printing line with a production capacity 4000 bags/hr. We are capable of printing bags, width ranging from 12 Inches to 30 Inches.
